The sequence
Five steps after the exam

Keep your paper code
Keep your paper code and any answer record you were allowed to take home. You need the same code to use the answer key.

Check the official key
Get the answer key from the university that ran your exam. Match its year and paper code to yours.

Record disputed questions
Note the question number, paper code and published answer. Add a source and a short reason. Check the official objection notice for its deadline, method and any fee.

Check the result yourself
Open the official result website yourself. Do not send your CNIC, roll number or result card to an unofficial service.

Calculate, then plan
Calculate your aggregate using your final MDCAT, SSC and HSSC scores. Then compare colleges and check their application requirements.
Check the key before you count
Check the authority, year and paper code. A different booklet may put the questions in a different order.
Use your recorded responses, not what you remember choosing. Do not move later answers into a blank space.
Check for a revised key or a notice about disputed questions. Follow its exact scoring instructions.
Keep your estimate separate from the final result card. Use the final card when applying.
You need your recorded answers and the matching official key.
Wrong answer, wrong total or wrong details?
Answer-key objection: you believe the official answer is wrong.
Look for an objection process from the university that ran your paper.
Submit through the university's form or portal.
Recounting or retotalling: you want the university to check
the calculated score. Read its notice to see what will be checked.
Record correction: your name, identity details or other result
information is wrong. Use the university's correction or support process.
Do not post a result card in a public group.
Prepare a clear objection note
Authority, exam year and exact paper code.
Question number, published answer and the issue.
One clear reason, with a textbook edition/page or other required source.
The official submission method, deadline and fee, if any.
Your submission receipt or acknowledgement.
This is a preparation list, not a substitute for the official form.
Do not pay an old fee or use a previous year's deadline. If no process is
clear, ask the official help desk which option applies.

When your final score is available
Calculate your admission score
Use the official 50/40/10 formula to calculate your aggregate. Your
aggregate is your combined admission score. Then check past merit data
for your province before you rank colleges.
