MDCAT aggregate calculator
This is the official admission formula from PMDC's Admissions Regulations 2025: 50% MDCAT + 40% HSSC/FSc + 10% Matric. It is the same for public and private colleges. Enter your marks to see your aggregate, or work out the MDCAT score you would need to reach a target.
Step 1 · Your academic marks
Use percentages of total marks, not grades. A-Level students: use the equivalence percentage from your IBCC certificate.
Step 2 · What do you want to find?
Your aggregate
The MDCAT score you need
The MDCAT pass marks apply to the MDCAT alone, before the aggregate: 55% (99/180) for MBBS and 50% (90/180) for BDS (PMDC Uniform Curriculum). The KP comparisons are our estimates from KMU's published 2025 score bands (38,447 students appeared). They assume scores are spread evenly inside each band, so treat them as rough, not exact. Closing merits differ by college and year; this tool works out the formula, it does not predict admission.
Half of your aggregate comes from one morning — the MDCAT. MDCAT Ready gives you practice focused on the marks that matter most, and all Biology practice (45% of the exam) is free.
