Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the MDCAT Ready mobile app and website. Together, we call them “the Service”. Tormelo Software (SMC-Private) Limited publishes the Service. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tormelo Software (SMC-Private) Limited. By downloading, installing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. Do not use the Service if you do not accept them.

The Service

MDCAT Ready is an offline study tool for the MDCAT. It provides practice questions, mock exams and study aids. It supports your own study, but it cannot guarantee an exam score, result or admission.

Not Affiliated With the PMDC

PMDC, universities and examination boards do not own, authorise or endorse MDCAT Ready. We use “MDCAT” and institution names only to identify the exam and its official bodies. Each trademark belongs to its owner.

Licence

We give you a personal licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation. This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable. Unless the law permits it, you may not copy, share, resell or scrape the App's content. You may not make new work from its questions, explanations or study material. You may also not try to reverse-engineer the App.

Purchases

Biology content is free. A one-time in-app purchase of Rs 1,499 opens all subjects and features. Google Play processes the purchase and handles payments, receipts and refunds under its own terms. We do not process or store payment information.

Accuracy of Content

We check the App's content and name our sources. However, study material can contain errors. The exam and syllabus can also change. Use the Service for study support, but always check the official syllabus and guidance. Report an error at hello@tormelo.com.

Your Data

Your practice history and preferences stay on your device. The Service does not send them to us. You are responsible for your device and backups. If you uninstall the App or reset your progress, this data will be deleted. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tormelo Software is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by use of the Service, including an exam outcome.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post changes on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Service, you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
