MDCAT Ready (“the App”) is developed and published by Tormelo Software (SMC-Private) Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App and this website.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. All data you generate while using the App — including your practice history, scores, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party. We do not operate a backend and the App does not require an account.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive, process, or store any payment or billing information. Google's handling of your payment data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or any other third-party service that collects user data. Nothing about your usage is tracked or profiled.

This Website

This website (getmdcatready.app) does not use cookies, advertising, or any third-party tracking.

To understand which pages help students and which do not, we count visits using a small analytics tool that runs on our own server. It stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no identifiers. For each page view it records: the page you visited, the page that linked you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (country and, inside Pakistan, the province). It never records your name, phone number, exact location, or anything you type. Your IP address is used for a moment to work out the approximate location and is then discarded — we do not store it, not in the statistics and not in our server logs, so nothing we keep can identify you.

These statistics stay on a server we run ourselves in the European Union (hosted with Hetzner in Germany). They are not sold, shared, or given to any advertising or analytics company, and we delete the detailed records after 24 months. If your browser asks us not to track you (the “Do Not Track” setting), we honour it.

Everything this website loads — pages, images, fonts — is served from our own domain. No third-party service receives your IP address or any other information when you visit.

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for students preparing for the MDCAT examination. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, no special measures beyond this policy are necessary.

Data Security

Because all data remains on your device, your information is protected by your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We have no access to your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
