2. Make a smaller JPEG copy
Your original is not changed. We keep the whole image: no cropping or retouching. Transparent areas become white. Colours and fine detail may change.
The copy may still exceed your limit. Smaller dimensions or lower quality may help, but can make text unreadable. We never enlarge a small image.
3. Check the copy before using it
Open the downloaded copy at full size. Check its orientation, all four edges, small text, seals and photograph. Keep the original. Do not use an unreadable copy.
