MDCAT 2026 admit card: official download links by province

The guidance below was checked on 10 September 2026. It is kept for reference, not as a record of later venue changes. For results, use the links above.

Find your official download page

Choose your region below to find your university’s website. An admit card is also called a roll-number slip.

Before entering your identity number, check the website address. For KP, use cas.kmu.edu.pk. For Punjab, use mdcat.uhs.edu.pk. You do not need our app to download your card.

Rawalakot candidates: check the centre-change notice. SZABMU’s 10 September notice asks candidates assigned Rawalakot to choose Islamabad, Muzaffarabad or Mirpur instead. Its deadline is 12 September 2026. Read the official SZABMU notice and follow its centre-change link. If that date has passed, contact SZABMU for the current instructions. Do not assume an extension.

Punjab: get your current card. UHS’s 6 August postponement notice cancelled cards issued up to that date and said new cards would be issued. Do not rely on an old saved copy. Use the official UHS portal above.

What to do after downloading it

Check your card before printing it. Use this checklist:

• Check your name, photo and identity number.
• Check your roll number and exam date.
• Read the full centre name and address. Do not rely on the city name alone.
• Check when to arrive and when the gates close.
• Read which original ID, pens and other items your university allows.

Print a clear copy as your university requires. Keep a private copy of the file on your phone, but do not assume a phone copy is accepted for entry.

If any detail is wrong, contact the university before exam day. Do not edit the card yourself or post it in a public group.

Find your centre and plan your journey

Use the centre name and address on your current admit card to plan your journey.

1. Find the exact place. Search for the full centre name, address and city in your map app. Match the campus or branch to your card. A city name or university office is not enough.
2. Check the entrance before exam day. Follow your card and the university’s latest instructions. If the gate or address is unclear, contact the university’s official help desk. If possible, visit beforehand. A map pin may not show the exam entrance.
3. Check the journey for the right day and time. Choose how you will travel. Where available, set the exam date and your planned departure or arrival time. Do not rely on an evening estimate for a morning journey.
4. Plan to arrive before the reporting time—not the paper’s start time. Allow extra time for delays, drop-off, walking to the gate and entry checks. A map’s travel time is only an estimate. It may not account for exam-day queues or road closures.
5. Agree on the journey with your parent or driver. Share the centre address and when you need to arrive. For public transport, confirm the first service and allow for waiting and walking. If map estimates are unavailable, ask a local driver about the exam’s day of the week and travel time.
6. Check again before leaving. Read any new university notice about centre changes. Check traffic and official road-closure notices. Keep the address and key directions written down in case mobile internet is unavailable.

In Google Maps on Android, choose Directions, then More → Set depart or arrive time, where available. Use one destination and select the exam date and your planned time. Read Google’s instructions.

You do not need to send us your home address, location or admit card to plan this journey.

If you cannot download your card

• The website is busy: check that you are on the official site, then try again later. Do not pay another website to unlock the card.
• The on-page code fails: read the new code and enter it carefully. It may change after a retry.
• Your record is not found: check the identity number you used when registering. Then use your university’s official complaint or help route.
• Your details are wrong: for Punjab, UHS directs candidates to its official portal to report card problems. For other regions, use the contact on the university website or card.

Do not send your CNIC, card, password or payment details to us.

A lookup number is not an exam-entry document. UHS’s portal has a B-form lookup field, but its exam-entry notice does not accept a B-form. Read the original-ID checklist above. Punjab’s rules must not be treated as the rules for every region.

KP test regions confirmed by KMU

KMU’s official MDCAT page lists eight regions for the examination: D.I. Khan, Kohat, Lower Dir, Malakand, Mardan, Peshawar, Abbottabad and Swat. Your admit card gives your final test centre.

The exam has been rescheduled

PMDC rescheduled the MDCAT from 16 August to 20 September 2026. The notice was published on the official PMDC announcements page on 6 August 2026. All other examination rules and arrangements remain unchanged unless PMDC issues a new notice. Follow only notices from PMDC or your region’s conducting university.

For reporting times and required items, follow your university’s latest notice and your current admit card. Ask the university if they disagree.
